After initial enquiries prove unsuccessful, TraceInline was instructed on an informal basis to identify any beneficiaries to the estate. Within a couple of weeks we had identified a son the deceased had left as a young child and obtained documentary evidence. The son had been given a new family name but never legally adopted, he had predeceased so we found all his descendants in line to benefit. The solicitor was able to keep the administration, enhance his reputation and gain new clients.
