If we have contacted you then we believe that you or someone immediate to you is part of an ongoing case and likely a missing heir. Other reasons for trying to find someone include previous legal work undertaken such as witness to a will or a trustee, executor etc. or it could be a relative or old friend.

In many cases when we contact you, it will simply be to confirm you are the person identified by our research and we will then pass your details to the solicitor or administrator that instructed us. In other cases, where no fee has been agreed, you will be asked to sign our client agreement before proceeding.

• Upon request we can provide a report to the administrator with family tree and documentary evidence.
• A copy of the completed family tree is available free of charge to all beneficiaries once the case has been completed.
• We have a transparent charging structure and all client agreements are on a ‘no success no fee basis’.
• Document service—all UK documents from birth certificates and marriage certificates to decree absolutes and more. Worldwide where possible.
• A free mailbox forwarding service is available for beneficiaries to contact other family members via our head office. We take our data protection and client confidentiality responsibilities seriously and will not disclose personal information to any other family member without prior written consent.
